In this first step, we work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs. We then create a comprehensive job description outlining the role, qualifications, timeline and other details about the job opening.

Our Language Training Model

Our comprehensive approach to recruitment aims to give candidates skill upgradation avenues and new opportunities while also providing clients with reliable, high-skilled professionals. We do this by providing bespoke language training to selected candidates as per their requirements.

Hiring Image

Identify Language Level

We understand the language proficiency needs of the candidate based on the language skills needed for their intended jobs, requirements set by employers and the candidate’s current knowledge. We identify the language levels needed, often aligned with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). For instance, most candidates might need to reach a B2 level to speak the language effectively in the workplace.
