Everything you need to know about learning with TMC.

1. Our Services

TMC provides instructor-led language training, cultural integration programs, migration-readiness support, assessments, and related learner services designed to equip individuals for global opportunities.

Our offerings may include:

  • CEFR-aligned language training;
  • Live online classes;
  • Access to LMS resources and session recordings;
  • Progress tracking and evaluations;
  • Exam preparation support;
  • One-on-one mentoring and buddy sessions;
  • Cultural integration modules;
  • Migration-readiness guidance and related support services.

Specific program features may vary depending on the course selected.

2. Registration and Eligibility

To enrol in a TMC program, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration;
  • Promptly update any changes to your information;
  • Be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

TMC reserves the right to refuse or cancel registrations where inaccurate information has been provided.

3. Learner Responsibilities

Participants agree to:

  • attend sessions punctually and participate respectfully;
  • complete assignments, assessments, and activities as required;
  • maintain professionalism during interactions with trainers and fellow learners;
  • use TMC platforms and resources solely for personal learning purposes.

Participants must not:

  • record, reproduce, or distribute live sessions without permission;
  • share LMS credentials with others;
  • engage in disruptive, discriminatory, or abusive behaviour;
  • impersonate another individual;
  • misuse TMC’s systems or intellectual property.
Violation of these requirements may result in suspension or termination from the program without refund.

4. Program Delivery

TMC delivers training through live instructor-led sessions and may supplement learning through digital platforms, recordings, assessments, and support resources.

While every effort is made to adhere to published schedules, TMC reserves the right to:

  • reschedule sessions;
  • substitute trainers where necessary;
  • modify program content to improve learner outcomes;
  • combine or defer cohorts due to operational requirements.

Participants will be informed of significant changes wherever reasonably practicable. Live session recordings are captured exclusively for the personal educational use of registered learners and will be systematically removed once the program has reached its conclusion.

5. Learning Platforms and Technology

Certain programs may require learners to access third-party learning platforms or communication tools.

Learners are responsible for ensuring they have:

  • reliable internet connectivity;
  • appropriate devices to access training;
  • compatible software where applicable.

TMC shall not be responsible for interruptions arising from factors outside its reasonable control.

6. Assessments and Certification

Certain programs include assessments aligned with CEFR standards and program objectives.

Certificates of completion or participation may be issued subject to:

  • minimum attendance requirements;
  • successful completion of assessments;
  • fulfilment of program-specific criteria.

Enrolment in a program does not guarantee certification.
Where external examinations are required, the policies of the respective examination authority shall apply.

7. Migration and Employment Disclaimer

TMC provides training and readiness support intended to enhance learners' preparedness for international opportunities.

However, TMC does not guarantee:

  • employment opportunities;
  • job placements;
  • visa approvals;
  • immigration outcomes;
  • professional recognition by overseas authorities;
  • salary levels or career progression.

Such outcomes depend on multiple factors beyond TMC’s control, including employer decisions, regulatory requirements, individual performance, and government policies.

8. Intellectual Property

All program materials, including but not limited to:

  • presentations;
  • training content;
  • assessments;
  • recordings;
  • worksheets;
  • frameworks;
  • learning resources;
  • LMS content;

Remain the intellectual property of TMC or its licensors.

Learners may access these materials solely for their personal educational use.

Without prior written consent from TMC, participants may not:

  • reproduce;
  • distribute;
  • publish;
  • commercially exploit;
  • modify; or
  • create derivative works from such materials.

9. Fees and Payments

Program fees must be paid in accordance with the payment terms communicated during registration.

Failure to make payments within specified timelines may result in:

  • withholding of learning materials;
  • suspension of LMS access;
  • cancellation of enrolment.

Applicable taxes and payment processing charges may apply.

10. Refunds and Transfers

Refund requests shall be governed by TMC's Refund Policy, as published on the website and updated from time to time. Learners are encouraged to review the Refund Policy prior to enrolment.

11. Privacy

TMC collects and processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

By using our services, you consent to such collection and processing for purposes connected with program administration, learner support, certification, communication, and service improvement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TMC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in its programs or use of its services.

TMC's aggregate liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by the participant for the relevant program.

13. Force Majeure

TMC shall not be held responsible for delays, interruptions, or failure to perform obligations resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, public health emergencies, internet outages, or technical disruptions.

 14. Changes to These Terms

TMC reserves the right to amend these Terms periodically.
Updated versions will be published on the website, and continued participation in our programs constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
